We roast on electricity instead of gas, on smokeless, ventless electric roasters: no burner, no flue, nothing going up a chimney. Batches are timed into the grid's lower-carbon half-hours where orders allow, green coffee comes in by sea, and it goes out by EV. Then we hand you the per-kilo figures for the coffee you actually bought.
