We roast every batch on a Bellwether — the world's first commercially ventless, all-electric coffee roaster. No gas line, no chimney, no emissions in the roastery. Just clean heat, precise control, and coffee that tastes exactly as the producer intended.

We power our espresso bar from the car.
Using Vehicle-to-Load technology, our electric vehicles feed power directly to a full La Marzocco espresso setup — no generator, no grid, no emissions. Just the car battery, an inverter, and great coffee. When the KIA PV5 conversion lands this summer alongside Renault U.K. marketing, this becomes the centrepiece of how we show up.
