A washed regional lot from ASOPCAFA, an association of 51 organic producers on the border of Huila and Tolima, grown between 1,570 and 1,800 metres. Sweet, with caramel and cane sugar, a rounded body and a long finish with a hint of hazelnut. This is the coffee behind our Colombia espresso roast.
