What we bring

One booking covers the drinks, the baristas, the bar and, if you want it, the food. We arrive, set up, serve and clear away.

Coffee

Espresso drinks and filter, made by our baristas with coffee we roast ourselves in York the week of your event.

Matcha

Matcha lattes made to order, with oat or dairy milk.

Tea and hot chocolate

Tea brewed to order and hot chocolate, for the guests who do not drink coffee.

Food, if you need it

Tell us how many people and what time of day, and we will put food into the same quote as the drinks.

Questions we get asked

Can you serve tea and matcha as well as coffee?
Yes. We serve espresso coffee, filter coffee, matcha lattes, tea and hot chocolate from the same bar, with oat and dairy milk as standard.
Can you provide food for an event in York?
Yes. Tell us how many guests and what time of day, and we will include food in the same quote as the drinks, so you have one booking for both.
What are your food hygiene ratings?
Both of our registered food businesses are rated 5, the top rating, under the Food Standards Agency Food Hygiene Rating Scheme: our roastery on James Street, York (rated 19 August 2026) and our horsebox bar at Askham Bar, York (rated 11 August 2026).
Where do you cover?
York and across Yorkshire as standard, including Harrogate, Leeds, Selby, Wetherby, Malton and the coast. Further afield by arrangement.
Do you need power on site?
We use mains power where there is a supply. Where there is none, we can run our espresso cart from the V2L socket of an electric vehicle, so there is no generator.
How much does event coffee hire cost?
It depends on the number of guests, how long you need us and where you are. Send us those three things and we will come back within 24 hours with a price.
