Mikafi is a small electric coffee roaster for cafés, made by Thermoplan in Switzerland. We are now its official distributor in the UK and Ireland, the first in either country.
Mikafi sits on a café counter and roasts green coffee in front of your customers. You choose the coffee, the roast and when it happens, and you use it fresh.
We roast coffee in York every week on our smokeless, ventless electric roasters. Mikafi lets a café do the same on its own counter, so it was an easy thing for us to say yes to.
In October our team went to Thermoplan in Weggis to roast on Mikafi with the people who make it. We now supply it to businesses in the UK and Ireland, along with everything that goes in it and around it: green coffee, roast profiles, training for your team and support from us.
