The story from the producer, Majestic Coffee: If you think washed Colombian coffees from Huila are pretty much the same, then you're mistaken. This is an absolutely different and amazing profile but yet maintaining the basic attributes of a coffee from Huila. This blend of Caturra and Colombia is very sweet, it has notes [of] panela (Brown sugar cane), caramel, citrus, a medium body, a very bright sweet acidity.Andrés produces this coffee sustainably, holding the Rainforest certification. Maybe this coffee is so distinctive and loved as the result of the professional process done by Andrés, combined with the fact of being located at 2,000 masl in unusually lands fertilized by nature, with an utopic abundance of water, and right in front of the snowy mountain of Huila.
